Weekly Work Out and Meal Plan

I have been throwing around the idea of working with a charity marathon training group. I would not normally do this. I am terrible at asking and raising money. Terrible. Money is something I don't even like to think about if possible. So that's a lot of pressure for an introvert like me. Also, group running is against my introvert nature as well. So why am I considering it? My amazing church is running a program and I love this church. I love this project and I love those people. Also, even though I am sloooow I love running. So here I am contemplating.....

This weeks workout-
Run walk 30 minutes
Swim laps- 20 min on Friday
Body weight strength train- M W F

Sunday- Biscuits and veggie sausage gravy. Broccoli cheese soup with sour dough. Steak and mashed potatoes with gravy. Baked zucchini chocolate bread.

Monday- cookie dough yogurt (fage, sunflower seed butter,honey,vanilla, and mini chocolate chips). Leftovers for Lunch this week with cut up fruit and yogurt for me. Pre-prepared salads for hubby. Subs for big boy. Little guy gets organic lunch at school. Easy chicken-and vegetarian pot pies. (I use biscuits)

Cookie dough yogurt. Spicy Asian noodles with cilantro, green onions, and cashews. (pinterest) Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Baked. Homade spaghetti os for baby. (Use blended veggie soup - and spaghetti sauce with cheese and ditalini pasta).

Cookie dough yogurt. Breaded baked crispy ravioli.

Cookie Dough Yogurt. Pizza night.

Leftovers until shopping trip.
